Our goal is to help you capture the best photos ever!!
We are Autumn (owner of Willow Walk Photography) and Elizabeth (owner of Birchwood Studio). We know what it's like to try and photograph during rain, wind, cold and bad weather! We were so tired of cancellations and reschedules because of weather. We know that living in Wisconsin doesn't always provide with the best outdoor elements at times. We wanted a beautiful space to share with you to create stunning images for your clients. There are so many opportunities for AMAZING photos in our studio. We love other photographers and cannot wait for you to use our space!

Hi! I am Elizabeth, owner of Birchwood Studio. Not to sound too "fairy tale," But, it all began when I was a sophomore in high school, with my first photography class. Before digital was a "big thing," we had film and a dark room. I LIVED in that dark room, and photography was the only "advanced" class I took in school. I can honestly say, I have not dropped the camera since that first day of photography class. My style has changed and evolved, but what remains is my love for capturing life with light. Now, 18 years later, I am married to my best friend and gorgeous hunk of a husband, with four amazing gorgeous babies and one in heaven. We are a couple who fell in love over fifteen years ago at Red Robin (yes, the restaurant!). After dating for a little over a year, we just knew it was the “real deal.” After getting married almost thirteen years ago, we are still the best of friends! I absolutely love to travel and explore new places in our world. I have photographed weddings all over the United States, and one even in Sweden. I have a huge spot in my heart for destination elopements. When not photographing weddings, and co-running the Aubrey Hall, my husband and I are usually chasing around our four littles. William, Samuel,Hannah, and Jacob are the absolute light of our lives. Our family is all about playing games, baking together and embracing this thing called life!

PETS​
We love pets, but currently are not allowing them in our studio at this time.
FOOD & DRINK
You’re more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow TBWR guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the suite. Please clean up with all trash in the bins provided.​

LIGHTING
We are solely natural light photography studio. If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of sunset on the day of your reservation and plan accordingly. We do not provide additional lighting equipment beyond the overhead lighting.

WHEN TO COME AND LEAVE
Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. You are allowed 15 minutes before and after your reservation for set up and take down.

PARKING
There are plenty of opportunities for parking in downtown Janesville! We have parking around the back in a shared lot, on the bridge and in front of the Hayes Block building.

PAYMENT
To cut down on transaction fees, we do ask for all reservations to be paid in full. We do not offer any payment plans. Once you are fully booked (contract signed & invoice paid) you will receive a confirmation email with all of your details. You are officially booked for your reservation!

HOW TO GET IN
We know the day you're coming, so our studio doors will be unlocked for you! This is a lock we can control from anywhere. The Hayes Block building opens at 9am, and from there we are located on the 2nd floor of the building on the left hand side. There are a set of steps, or an elevator for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy

You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting hello@theaubreyhall.com or messaging us on Facebook. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.​
